I know I’m a little old to be playing with toys, but I can’t help but love Kidrobot! I first heard about them a few years ago when I was dining at a kaiten sushi place in Seattle. A few of their vinyl toys were displayed on the sushi-go-round and I immediately fell in love with how cute and weird they were.
Last year I finally started a collection with my brother. Among other Dunnys, we managed to get the complete Gold Life set:
Their artists have such distinctive and trendy styles that I admire. I thought it would be way cool if I could design one…oh wait, I CAN!
I’ve already ordered a few blank toys. Gonna work on them as soon as they arrive! π
