Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for supporting my art! Every item is handmade or custom-created with care. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Returns

Because some of my product are made by hand, custom-order and handmade items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive with a defect caused by me.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Hand-made items, including custom dolls

  • Made-to-order products

  • Digital/downloadable products

If you believe a mistake was made on my part, or to return items that are not exempt from the return policy, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item at meijean@mjhsu.com with photos and details, and I’ll be happy to help.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where the item is defective due to my workmanship.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment processor may take additional time to finalize the refund.

Exchanges

Because all items are handcrafted or custom-designed, I cannot offer exchanges. Please double-check all details, sizes, colors, and personalization before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to my error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, it is no longer within my control.
I am not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier using your tracking information. I can provide documentation if needed.

If you would like to include shipping insurance, please reach out to me at meijean@mjhsu.com within 1 day after placing your order. I will email you a separate invoice for the shipping insurance.
